Admin Console
- The Translation and NPC Voice tools in the Operations Console now default to their actual run/generate actions instead of a read-only status check.
- Added a live server status panel to the Operations Console showing each server's build number and whether it's reachable, with manual and automatic refresh.
- Fixed the admin reset-position command so it now resets a player to a spot within their current area instead of always sending them back to the starting area.
